ご宿泊のお約束と注意事項 Notes of accommodation

 

当施設は、とれらーハウス別荘一棟を皆様にお貸しするシステムとなっております。

ホテルや旅館とは違いスタッフ常駐しておりませんので、至らない点はご容赦いただけますようお願い申し上げます。瀬底島のアンチ浜ビーチへは徒歩5分以内、瀬底大橋が真正面に見えての立地で、またご自身の別荘としてお楽しみ頂けたら幸いです。

The system of our rental container house is to give a whole house rent to the customers up to 5 persons. We may not have a service like a hotel because the staff does not residents, but we are in the location where you can see the Sesoko bridge in front of the house and within 5 minute's walk to Anchi-Hama beach. We will be happy if you enjoy using the house as your own villa.

Your understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

 

Under the local city regulations, we are legal to ask you to provide us with certain information when you register.

最大5名様がご利用出来る料金プラン／一棟分  

Accommodation rate /per person(without breakfast)  MAX 5 persons:

オフシーズンの時お一人様　4500円+Tax

2人目からのお客は1人様 4000円+Tax　追加料金とします。

金、土曜日はお一人様　5000円+Tax

Low season  ¥4500 +Tax 

Friday and Saturday ¥5000 +Tax 

*For second customers the charge will be  ¥4000 +Tax per person

お掃除代金　3000円　Cleaning Fee ¥3000

ハイシーズンの時

(週末　ゴルデンウィーク5月1～5日　夏休み7月22日～8月30日　年末年始12月29～1月3日)

お一人様　6000円+Tax

金、土曜日はお一人様　7000円+Tax

2人目からのお客は1人様 5000円+Tax　追加料金とします。

High season ¥6000 +Tax

Friday and Saturday ¥7000 +Tax 

*For second customers the charge will be  ¥5000 +Tax per person

 

お掃除代金　3000円　Cleaning Fee ¥3000 

 

チェックイン・チェックアウト Check-in/Check-out

チェックイン時間 PM3:00～ 

チェックアウト時間 ～AM11:00            

※チェックイン時刻前に到着をご希望される場合は、必ず当日に対応できるかを確認してから、お越し頂くようお願いします。また、遅いチェックインをご希望される場合も、ご連絡お願いします。

※チェックアウト時刻は、時間厳守です。

遅いチェックアウトの追加料金は下記通りです。

～PM3:00 は ルームレートの 30％

～PM6:00 は ルームレートの 50％

PM6:00以後 は ルームレートの 100％ になります。

Check-in time is at 15:00(3:00 PM)

Check-out time is at 11:00

Please note that customers may not be able to check-in early, but depending on room availability. To check-in early, please contact us, however, please kindly note that we may not always be able to meet your request, as this depends on room availability.

And depending on room availability on your departure date, late check-out may not be available. The surcharge for late check-out is as follows.

Till 15:00: 30% of the room rate

Till 18:00: 50% of the room rate

After 18:00: 100% of the room rate

 

 

宿泊料金のお支払い

ご宿泊費の精算は前金制です。Please pay for the room before you check-in.

 

キャンセル料金 Cancellation

旅行が中止になった場合や、予定が変更になった場合は必ずご連絡ください。

キャンセル料金に関しましては、以下の通りです。

※ご宿泊日より、ご確認ください。

28 日前まで・・・ご宿泊料金の０％ 

28 日前より 6 日前まで・・・ご宿泊料金の５０％ 

6 日前より 当日まで・・・ ・ご宿泊料金の１００％

 

The cancellation charge for any reason will proceed to charge as bellows.

Before 28 days of the reserved stay: no cancellation fee/ free of charge

Until 6 days of the reserved stay: 50% of the room rate may be charged

From 6 days prior to the reserved stay (with or without contract): 100% of the room rate may be charged

 

喫煙について No Smoking

当施設は室内及びテラス部分含み、全館禁煙となっており、喫煙の場合は屋外でお願いします。火事防止のためタバコのポイ捨てはしないようにお願いします。

This is a non-smoking facility. Please refrain from smoking including indoor and terrace areas. In case of smoking, please stay outdoors. For prevention of fire, please refrain from littering cigarette.

 

貴重品について Valuables  items

お客様のチェックイン後、スタッフは宿に常駐いたしませんので、各自の責任において保管をお願い致します。セーフティーBOXの設置はありません。

※防犯カメラを設置しておりますが、施設内での盗難や、火災時の紛失及び損害等につきましては、一切責任を負い兼ねますので、ご了承ください。

Please be careful of yours valuables items by yourself, because we will not take custody of the valuables.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to any properties whatever the

cause may be.

 

事故・災害 Refund policy

ご宿泊中の事故・災害による停電・断水等の場合は、それらを理由とする料金の返金に応じることが出来兼ねますので、予めご了承ください。

We cannot be held responsible for any injury or damages to any person whatever the

cause may be. We will not refund the charge of room fee even in the case of the electric or water outage due to accident or disaster during your stay.

 

 

施設、備品の破損について Damage to facilities and equipment

利用時に施設、備品等の破損、鍵の紛失があった場合は、お客様にご請求させていただきますので、予めご了承ください。

If any of facilities and equipment,etc. is missing or damaged during your stay,

an additional charge will be assessed.

 

ペットについて

ペット同伴でのご利用はお断りしています。（介護犬は除く）

No pets are allowed to stay at the facilities. (Except Service Dog)

 

シャワールーム

シャワールームにはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ドライヤーアメニティー（タオル、歯ブラシ等）を用意しています。

• 浴衣は用意していません。

 

ゴミの分別 Trash

ゴミは、燃えるゴミ・燃えないゴミに分別をお願いします。

Please separate the trash, and put them into the bin.

 

備品

寝具（布団・シーツ・枕）、タオルなどの備品は清潔にご利用お願い申し上げます。

 

その他

夜遅く室内やテラスに大声で騒いで、周辺住宅に迷惑をかける行為は慎んでください。

Please refrain from making big noise after 10, to be considerate to neighbors.
